Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; training and opportunities are provided.

Position Summary

While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for packing products in a quick, safe, and efficient manner. Excellent attendance is crucial to the team's success. This role requires a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborate across departments, identify defects on the packing line, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. You will take pride in your hands-on abilities, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail while supporting ThermoSafe's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.


• Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Previous forklift certification and experience safely operating a forklift.

• Experience supporting quality and safety programs in a manufacturing environment.


• Proven ability to identify defects and maintain high quality standards.
