Job summary

ThermoSafe in Pardeeville, WI is seeking a dependable packer to join our manufacturing team. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will pack products quickly and accurately, support cross‑department collaboration, and help uphold 5S and quality standards throughout every shift.

The role requires at least one year in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of manufactured products and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments.
• Maintain a high regard for 5S and workplace organization standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and respond effectively to changing situations.
• Monitor and report on the quality of manufactured products.
• Consistently move product and place it in designated pack-out locations throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Support ThermoSafe’s quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed to meet operational demands.
• Work overtime as required.
