Job summary

ThermoSafe Technologies Inc. seeks a Production Associate for the Montgomeryville, PA facility. The role focuses on packing products quickly, safely, and accurately, with emphasis on 5S standards and quality control.

You will report to the Production Shift Supervisor and support cross-department collaboration during a fast-paced shift. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience, a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong sense of urgency with a "get it done" attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of manufactured products and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments.
• Maintain a high regard for 5S and workplace organization standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and respond effectively to changing situations.
• Monitor and report on the quality of manufactured products.
• Consistently move product and place it in designated pack-out locations throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Support ThermoSafe’s quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed to meet operational demands.
• Work overtime as required.
