Job summary

ThermoSafe in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking a Production Associate to join its packing team. The role requires quick, safe packing and excellent attendance to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will identify defects, support quality and safety standards, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals and maintain operational excellence with hands-on focus and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong sense of urgency with a "get it done" attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of manufactured products and quality requirements.
• Reliable, committed, self-motivated, and quality focused.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments.
• Maintain a high regard for 5S and workplace organization standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and respond effectively to changing situations.
• Monitor and report on the quality of manufactured products.
• Consistently move product and place it in designated pack-out locations throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Support ThermoSafe’s quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed to meet operational demands.
• Work overtime as required.
