ThermoSafe in Putnam, CT is looking for a packing associate to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will pack products, ensure quality, and maintain 5S standards while collaborating with other departments.

This role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, often with overtime. The position emphasizes hands-on packing work, adherence to procedures, and a focus on quality.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Compensation: $20.08 per hour

Position Summary

While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for packing products in a quick, safe, and efficient manner. Excellent attendance is crucial to the team's success. This role requires a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborate across departments, identify defects on the packing line, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. You will take pride in your hands-on abilities, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail while supporting ThermoSafe’s operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
