Job summary

Sanoh America, Inc. seeks a Hyplacoat Operator for the 2nd shift in Findlay, OH. You will safely operate production equipment, monitor quality, and assist with process adjustments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates need basic math and reading comprehension, plus good communication and problem-solving skills. Training on specific processes will be provided; overtime may be required for production demands. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Basic training on required production processes.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions.
• Ability to measure and verify parts.
• Understanding of safety and housekeeping rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate production equipment.
• Maintain and report production, efficiency, and quality data daily.
• Follow job instructions for each process and training.
• Observe and support safety and conduct policies.
• Maintain quality specifications for processes and products.
• Train for additional processes as required.
• Train others on production processes when directed.
• Use PPE as required.
• Adjust controls to stay within tolerances and troubleshoot.
• Maintain tooling and equipment; perform changeovers and alignments.
• Read and follow all job instructions including hazardous handling procedures.
