Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Production / Label Room Associate to operate, monitor, and adjust filling and packaging equipment to safely produce high-quality products while maintaining efficiency. You will maintain accurate production records and ensure label accuracy, with basic maintenance tasks and support for efficient changeovers.

This full-time, on-site role offers a starting pay of $21/hour plus a $0.75/hour second shift premium.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to read meters, scales and electronic read outs.
• Ability to enter computer data.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to solve problems in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Operate filling and packaging equipment to meet quality and output targets.
• Set and adjust speed, temperature, and product flow.
• Monitor equipment to maintain operating levels and detect malfunctions.
• Stop machines and report issues to supervision and maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and packaging accuracy.
• Load and unload materials and replenish supplies.
• Perform TPM and maintain accurate production records.
