Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand meters, scales and electronic read outs.
• Ability to enter computer data.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to solve problems in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Review job orders to determine details such as quantities to be filled, production times, stock specifications, BOMs, and SKU sequences.
• Set and adjust speed, temperature, product flow, positions and tolerances of equipment.
• Operate equipment at efficient speed to ensure quality and output.
• Monitor filling equipment to maintain levels and detect malfunctions.
• Perform TPM and participate in maintenance and safety procedures.
