Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation seeks a Machine Operator to package paint and related products by operating and setting up equipment, while performing QC checks to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will interpret batch cards, adjust machines as needed, and help with changeovers to meet production specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CNC operations is preferred.
• Ability to read batch cards and communicate directions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and examine products for quality and packaging accuracy.
• Change over equipment and adjust machines to improve performance and quality.
• Set speeds, temperatures, product flow, and tolerances.
• Monitor filling equipment to maintain operating levels and detect malfunctions.
• Operate equipment at efficient speeds and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and coordinate team work as needed.
