Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Production Operator for the 2nd shift in Henderson, CO. This role fills diverse high-pressure cylinders and supports related inspections and maintenance.

You will work 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm and help ensure accurate records and safety compliance. Airgas offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required and training may be provided.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and computer-generated documents.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.
• Ability to perform very heavy work (lifting 25–75 lbs routinely; 76+ lbs occasionally).
• Overtime availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and care for equipment used to fill/high-pressure cylinders.
• Fill cylinders following compression temperature/pressure method.
• Support pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests.
• Maintain and repair cylinders and machines as needed.
• Ensure accurate filling records and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
• Support inventory and general housekeeping; assist customers as needed.
