Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring a Production Operator 2nd Shift in Henderson, CO. You will fill high‑pressure cylinders and support operations, ensuring compliance and quality throughout pre‑ and post‑fill processes.

The role requires forklift certification, ability to read complex documents, and physical capability for heavy lifting. Overtime and overtime readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required to operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to read and understand written and computer documents.
• Must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and no visa sponsorship needed.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting (25–75 lbs; occasionally 76+ lbs).
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fill high‑pressure cylinders using compression temperature/pressure method.
• Operate and maintain pumping equipment and gauges; repackaging gases as needed.
• Perform pre‑fill and post‑fill inspections and tests before release.
• Maintain accurate filling records and comply with local/state/federal regs.
• Assist with loading/unloading, inventory, housekeeping, and customer help.
