Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring a Production Operator for 2nd shift in Henderson, CO. You will operate filling equipment to place gas into high‑pressure cylinders and perform pre/post inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role involves manual handling, record keeping, and assisting with loading/unloading. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–9:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be forklift certified.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and computer documents.
• Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to perform very heavy work (25–75 lbs; up to >100 lbs occasionally).
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate compression temperature/pressure filling for high‑pressure cylinders.
• Fill cylinders (Industrial/Medical/Mixes) safely and accurately.
• Perform pre‑fill and post‑fill inspections and tests.
• Maintain pumping equipment, pressure gauges and monitoring devices.
• Record filling data and ensure procedures meet regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading and stock housekeeping; help customers when needed.
