Airgas in Henderson, CO is seeking a Cylinder Filler II to join our operations team. You will fill high‑pressure cylinders, inspect equipment, and ensure safety and accurate record‑keeping in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires heavy lifting, forklift operation/certification, and adherence to local and federal guidelines. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits and a strong safety culture at Airgas.

Formación

• Valid U.S. employment authorization; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to perform very heavy work—regularly lifts 25–75 lbs, and occasionally 76 to >100 lbs with aid.
• Ability to read and comprehend all documents.
• Ability to operate forklift and become forklift certified.

Responsabilidades

• Fill high‑pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, and Mixes) using the compression temperature/pressure method.
• Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
• Conduct pre‑fill and post‑fill inspections and verify safety through tests before release.
• Attend to cylinder condition and set aside for maintenance as needed.
• Inspect pumping apparatus and gauges to ensure reliable operation.
• Fill cylinders to target pressure or weight per procedures and record accurately.
• Maintain cylinder filling records per local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and trailers; support inventory and housekeeping; assist customers as needed.
