Job summary

Airgas in Henderson, CO is hiring a Cylinder Filler II. You will fill high-pressure cylinders using the compression temperature/pressure method, operate pumping equipment, perform inspections, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Valid employment authorization in the U.S.
• Ability to perform very heavy work - routinely lifts 25 - 75 lbs., and occasionally lifts 76 to >100 lbs.
• Ability to operate forklift and become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Fill high-pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, Mixes) following the compression temperature/pressure method.
• Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
• Perform pre-fill and post-fill inspections and verify safety tests before release.
• Maintain cylinder filling records per procedures to meet local/state/federal standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and support inventory and housekeeping.
