Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Leader for the 2nd shift in Green Bay, WI. This permanent, full-time role involves supervising up to 50 frontline workers, ensuring safe, quality production, and coordinating line changes and rotations to optimize output.

You will coach and develop hourly team members, maintain GMP standards, and collaborate with supervisors on shift communications and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Supervise up to 50 team members on 2nd shift.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred for engagement with diverse workforce.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 50 hourly employees on the production line and coordinate rotation every 15–30 minutes.
• Monitor safety, GMPs, and worker adherence to procedures; escalate safety issues as needed.
• Enter run information into the CDC (MII) system and record downtime reasons.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and participate in shift huddles and hand-offs.
• Coach, develop, and train team members; address conflicts and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure shift readiness: area sanitation, proper materials, jar sizing, and line setup.
