Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Production Leader to supervise up to 50 team members on the 2nd shift, ensuring safe, high‑quality production. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred, and candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills.

You will coach staff, ensure GMP compliance, manage downtime data, and support a safe, efficient line through continuous improvement in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise up to 50 people.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce safe, quality products and address food safety concerns.
• Monitor safety compliance and GMP on the line.
• Enter run information into CDC (MII) and track downtime.
• Lead shift and rotate personnel every 15–30 minutes.
• Coach and train hourly team members.
• Follow escalation processes and report safety issues.
