Job summary

Cintas in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift. You will hire, train and manage entry level employees, ensure daily productivity and quality targets, and maintain inventory control while upholding safety policies.

This management role requires hands-on leadership, OSHA compliance awareness, and a focus on a culture of safety across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and manage entry level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements; maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
