The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing and supervisory experience, with emphasis on communication, problem solving, and adherence to procedures. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compliance with export controls.

Formación

• One to three years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Export compliance awareness and adherence to ITAR/EAR policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a shift to meet daily production goals with safety and quality focus.
• Coach and develop production associates; manage workflow and staffing.
• Communicate with Operations leadership to maintain smooth throughput.
• Monitor equipment and processes; implement improvements and problem-solve.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and export controls.
