Tosca Services, LLC in Springfield, MO is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with maintenance to keep lines running.

You will manage shipping/receiving, scheduling, cost control, and develop a high-caliber team through coaching and clear expectations. The shift runs 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or technical field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to lead a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with leadership experience.
• Proficient in business math and inventory control concepts.
• High integrity and strong time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office and inventory software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Springfield Service Center.
• Oversee shipping, receiving and scheduling; coordinate with maintenance.
• Champion safety culture; ensure OSHA and Tosca safety policies.
• Drive safety performance; report incidents; set safety goals.
• Develop and coach production team; provide recognition.
• Provide training on procedures, quality standards, and safety.
• Monitor costs and stay within budget goals.
• Lead quality programs; ensure GMPs, SOPs and EH&S compliance.
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands; adapt during peak periods.
• Hold weekly team meetings and foster continuous improvement.
