IFS INDUSTRIES, INC. in Reading, PA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety.

You will coordinate staffing, materials, equipment, and maintenance to meet production goals, mentor crew members, uphold SOPs, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA/state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, quality, and safety in the department.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, quality control, and maintenance to meet productivity.
• Maintain operations in compliance with SOPs, policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Provide process guidance and troubleshooting to production personnel.
• Operate manufacturing equipment/process in the production area.
• Collaborate with management on productivity, quality, and employee performance.
• Ensure good housekeeping in all work areas.
• Perform any other duties as they arise.
