Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read batch tickets and SOPs.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules.
• Must comply with PPE and respiratory protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and monitor workflow.
• Provide leadership and training to production staff.
• Monitor equipment operations and production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, batch instructions, and quality standards.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and shift issue resolution.
• Maintain shift records, batch documentation, and shift reports.
• Reinforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and company standards.
• Communicate production issues and shift updates to the Production Supervisor.
