Responsibilities

• Oversee production on the 2nd shift to meet targets.
• Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP/USDA compliance.
• Coach and develop hourly production employees.
• Monitor yields, quality, and equipment utilization.
• Facilitate monthly line meetings and daily floor walks.
