Responsibilities

• Lead daily inspections and safety audits on the production floor.
• Enforce HACCP/USDA standards and train staff on safe procedures.
• Monitor yields, efficiencies, and variances; collaborate to reduce downtime.
• Direct hourly workers; lead monthly line meetings; walk the floor daily.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
