Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Saint Charles, MO to lead a fast-paced production team. You will hire, train and direct entry-level workers, monitor daily productivity and quality, manage inventory, and uphold safety policies to ensure OSHA compliance and a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to meet physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and supervise entry-level production staff.
• Ensure daily productivity and quality targets are met.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety; enforce safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations; promote safety culture.
• Manage daily production flow and accountability for bottom-line results.
