Avtec Finishing in New Hope, MN is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM, Mon-Thu with OT). You will lead a manufacturing team in a metal-finishing facility, drive production schedules, ensure safety and quality, and make timely operational decisions on the shop floor.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in production, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to read technical instructions and production docs.

• Ability to manage workflow, staffing, training and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production docs.
• Experience monitoring productivity, quality, and operations metrics.
