Job summary

METAL CRAFT in Elk River, MN seeks a hands-on Secondary Operations Production Supervisor (1st shift) to optimize finishing, EDM, grind, gundrill and mill operations. You will lead a trained team, enforce safety, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of lean methods and ISO processes. This is a full-time on-site role with excellent growth potential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily departmental operations and assign tasks while controlling costs and waste.
• Ensure compliance to ISO quality standards and procedures.
• Lead production in assigned areas and supervise shifts; coordinate training and development.
