Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking entry-level general labor team members for 2nd shift in the United States. The role involves supporting Fresh Processing areas such as DSI, Debone, Deli lines, and Evisceration while upholding Tyson policies and safety standards.

Shifts run 2nd shift with hours shown; pay is $17.30 per hour. Candidates must meet physical requirements, pass a drug screen, and wear required PPE. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within Tyson Foods.

Qualifications

• Be able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Be able to stand 8- 10 hours a day on hard surfaces.
• Able to perform repetitive motion.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas.
• Must wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position could work in any area of the Fresh Processing to include the DSI, Debone, Deli lines and Evisceration.
