The Original Cakerie in Pembroke, NC is seeking a Production Shift Manager (2nd Shift) to lead a fast-moving dessert manufacturing line, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and develop a high-performing shift team.

You will implement standard work, monitor KPI performance, coach supervisors, and collaborate with plant leadership to achieve zero accidents, zero defects, and on-time delivery while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Experience leading first-level supervisors and improving production processes.
• Lean Manufacturing experience and knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches and develops first-level supervisors and team members to improve performance.
• Ensure safety program compliance and foster a strong safety culture.
• Motivate and lead a diverse team to meet goals and drive organizational capability.
• Translate plant goals into actionable plans and monitor relevant performance data.
• Identify and mitigate production schedule risks to minimize impact.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
