Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering large cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean/Six Sigma, and CI tools.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Monitor performance trends, identify gaps, and implement countermeasures.
• Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify operational risks impacting safety, quality, delivery or cost.
• Make timely, data-driven decisions to protect customer commitments and business results.
• Lead recovery efforts during outages or demand changes.
• Support budget adherence and labor cost control within areas.
