• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Project/Smartsheet; Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to interpret drawings, production schedules, and KPIs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Monitor performance trends, identify gaps, and implement countermeasures.
• Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to management and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify operational risks impacting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
• Make timely, data-driven decisions to protect customer commitments and business results.
• Lead recovery efforts during abnormal situations, outages, or demand changes.
• Support budget adherence and labor cost control within assigned areas.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and other applicable quality and safety standards.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
