Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the production lines in Fort Worth, Texas. You will supervise Line Leads, Coordinators, Production Associates and temporary staff to ensure on-time, quality product delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, coordinating schedules with the Scheduler and Sales, maintaining budget and staffing levels, and applying lean manufacturing methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Three years of experience managing a large group in a production/assembly work environment.
• Ability to learn and navigate an MRP/ERP system.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operational flow of production lines.
• Supervise Line Leads, Coordinators, Production Associates, temporary employees, and Mechanics.
• Monitor and notify Scheduler and Sales of changes to the Fill Schedule.
• Track and maintain budget adherence.
• Track and Maintain Schedule adherence and achievement.
• Monitor and track all important KPIs set by the company and/or upper management.
• Oversee head count allocation to ensure lines are staffed accordingly.
• Provide key information on new product launches as they relate to production.
• Work with Compounding and Scheduling to ensure all production goals are met.
