Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, Lean manufacturing expertise, ERP/MES proficiency, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams through structured problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing, automotive, or EV operations experience; with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair, rework, or assembly processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift production operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution of daily production plan while meeting SQDCP targets.
• Lead the launch and ramp-up of new assembly lines, including staffing, training, equipment readiness, and process validation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower hours per unit (HPU).
• Monitor production performance and KPIs, using data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for production, quality, and equipment issues.
