Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Team Lead to guide a zonal production team on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. You will manage headcount, coordinate with supervision, and support training to grow the shop-floor talent.

Ideal candidates have OEM or Tier-1 experience, hands-on production background, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive performance across build stations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on production experience on shop floor and assembly lines.
• Experience in OEM or Tier-1 environment preferred.
• Strong people management and supervisory capabilities.
• Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for the zonal team, set clear goals (SQDC) and provide regular feedback.
• Oversee zonal staffing and headcount; step in as build operator when needed.
• Identify training needs and coach team members to grow skills.
• Monitor performance against key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between team and management, communicating progress and issues.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and 5S, safety and quality escalation." ,
