Job summary

dsm-firmenich seeks a Production Supervisor in Princeton, NJ to lead daily manufacturing activities. You will partner with engineering, maintenance and quality to meet production specs and deadlines, while coaching staff and ensuring cGMP compliance.

The role offers growth across health, nutrition and beauty markets and a collaborative culture. You bring a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of supervision in chemical or perfumery/food/beverage settings, plus LEAN and sanitation experience.

Qualifications

• LEAN manufacturing experience to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements in a perfumery/food/beverage environment.
• Proven supervisory experience leading production teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive safety culture and prevent injuries.
• Develop and maintain production performance reports (rates, yields, quality, variances).
• Identify process/equipment/training improvements; ensure GMP adherence.
