Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking an Outbound Delivery Planner for the second shift in Princeton, NJ. You will coordinate daily production flow, inventory, and customer orders, generating pick packs and communicating status to stakeholders.

The role requires SAP experience and familiarity with flavor and fragrance supply chains. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including physical duties and PPE usage where

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous SAP experience in a manufacturing setting is expected.
• Knowledge of flavor and fragrance supply chain operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods (60%–90%).
• Physical ability to lift 35 lb and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Generate pick pack for Outbound Delivery Planner (OBD) through diverse reports and transactions.
• Communicate order management details to internal stakeholders to keep customers updated.
• Inform quality about batches that do not meet batch strategy requirements.
• Notify customer service about SUT mismatches between sales orders and inventory.
• Review material and inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors to execute repack orders.
• Close containers and ensure tamper-evidence seals are applied.
