Job summary

Eaton's Power Systems Division in Waukesha, WI seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Coils) to direct department activities and drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity. You will lead daily operations, coordinate shifts, coach employees, and champion lean practices to reduce costs and meet plant goals while maintaining safe conditions and accurate records.

The role requires 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a high school diploma; relocation is not

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Three (3) years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans for this position.
No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI.

Responsibilities

Drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Align quality priorities with department requirements and enforce standardized work processes.
Manage daily operations, production priorities, and labor scheduling.
Facilitate shift coordination and effective communication across teams.
Foster continuous improvement and lean practices to achieve world-class performance.
Monitor performance, coach employees, and provide training resources.
Maintain equipment, initiate maintenance, and ensure safe working conditions.
Oversee inventory, expense budgets, and accurate clerical records.
Lead cross-functional teams to improve processes and meet plant goals.
