Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years industrial/facilities maintenance experience.

• No relocation benefits; within 50 miles of Santa Ana.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read facility layouts and construction drawings; interact with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and managers with plant layout proposals.
• Coordinate with building contractors and facilities staff.
• Support development of prototype equipment and processes using LEAN concepts.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and optimize repair methods.
• Implement improvements to layout, material handling and procedures.
• Support MESH initiatives and safety/environment health improvements.
• Perform general maintenance including electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
