Job summary

This hands-on management role emphasizes safety, daily production flow, and accountability for bottom-line results. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position (bending, stretching, twisting, lifting)
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift
• Hire, train, and direct entry-level production staff
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety
• Training partners on company safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Ensure daily production flow and contribute to bottom-line results
