Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to lead and direct our Production team. This management role combines hands-on supervision with accountability for daily production flow, safety, and quality while meeting daily productivity targets.

You will hire, train and develop teammates, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle physical requirements (bending, stretching, twisting and lifting).
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd Shift, ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are met.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety in the plant; train partners on safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations; emphasize a culture of safety at the location.
