Menasha Corporation is seeking a production supervisor in Neenah, WI to oversee the daily activities of production personnel and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet capacity, delivery, and cost goals while coaching staff and managing performance.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, and applying lean practices to improve processes and outputs in a dynamic packaging manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of and ability to use and influence organization’s policies, standards and procedures guiding manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental requirements to protect workers and the site.
• Knowledge of approaches and methods for manufacturing products or components.
• Understanding day-to-day operations and management of a manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with technologies and applications used to optimize manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

• Implement operational strategies to ensure safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Accountable for area KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies and guide production staff to meet scorecard objectives.
• Support capacity planning to meet on-time delivery demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Provide staffing, training, and performance management to develop production teams, working with direct reports.
• Interact with stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve order problems or complaints.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing.
