Job summary

Menasha Corporation on the second shift seeks a Floor Lead to supervise the production lines and ensure safe, productive floor operation. You’ll direct and train new Line Leads in GMP and processes, and you’ll partner with supervisors to improve practices.

You will oversee line clearance, monitor quality, and perform all required documentation in the Warehouse Management System, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining a professional leadership presence on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related warehouse production experience.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production line leaders to ensure safe, productive floor operation.
• Direct and train new Line Leads on GMP, safety, and processes.
• Lead cross-functional training to meet business needs.
• Support lean continuous improvement with supervisors.
• Maintain line inspections and accurate job paperwork.
