Pilgrim's in Stanfield, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to ensure procedures are followed, maximize productivity, and meet customer specifications. You will train staff, plan manpower and equipment, and maintain safety and quality in accordance with company policies.

This role requires leadership of 20+ employees, strong communication, and the ability to make independent decisions. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with weekend availability as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Experience leading 20+ employees.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Capable of independent decision making.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to work assigned hours including weekends.
