Pilgrim’s is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to ensure procedures drive high productivity and cost efficiency while meeting customer specifications. You will ensure reporting is completed for your area and supervise a team to maintain safety, quality, and engagement.

The role requires supervising 20+ employees, strong communication, and the ability to make independent decisions. The company emphasizes safety, training, and career growth within a global food company.

Competenze

• 1 or more years of supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Experience leading 20+ employees.
• Effective communication both orally and in writing.
• Capable of independent decision making.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned hours/days including weekends.
