Aufgaben

• Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.
• Develops and mentors the production leadership team to build a strong, capable workforce.
• Delegates effectively to Line Leads and aligns talents within the team to achieve high production standards.
• Maintains a safe, positive, family-friendly work environment aligned with SoundOff Signal core values.
• Assesses daily production requirements and coordinates timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Coaches and leads the production leadership team to meet customer expectations with urgency and care.
• Measures and reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and root causes.
• Promotes quality by auditing processes and ensuring adherence to ES/ISO standards, and conducts 8D problem analyses.
• Place safety at the forefront and ensure PPE usage and safety procedures are followed.
