Job summary

Triple C Enterprise LLC is seeking a Lead to ensure production objectives are met in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coaching Lift operators and Pallet sorters, tracking hourly output, and maintaining daily and end-of-day reports.

You will train new operators on quality specs, oversee shift start-up, and manage YMS-related tasks and trailer updates, while enforcing safety policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
• Ability to drive production with employees.

Responsibilities

• Track hourly production and ensure targets are met by Lift operators and Pallet sorters.
• Train new operators on customer quality spec and pallet sorting.
• Conduct safety observations and complete required forms.
• Oversee start-of-shift duties and update daily reports.
• Generate and analyze Yard Management System (YMS) reports.
• Handle trailer-related issues and update YMS.
• Complete and submit BOLs and report trailer quality issues.
• Ensure timely submission of EOD reports and counts.
• Review and train staff on Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
