Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Cudahy, WI. You will lead production employees on your shifts, ensuring targets are met on time and to high quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
2+ years of relevant lead or supervisory experience.
Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred, otherwise logistics/warehouse experience.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) for leading problem-solving efforts.
Motivating, training, and coaching employees to achieve peak performance.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
Lead safety audits, ergonomic initiatives, HACCP and USDA compliance.
Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety plans and SOPs; train staff on procedures.
Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; collaborate with managers to improve workflows.
Direct and guide hourly production employees on safety, quality, and goals.
Lead monthly line meetings and daily floor walks.
Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
