Job summary

Natures Bakery in Carson City, NV is seeking a production packer/handler to coordinate daily team activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure packaging quality and safety. You will work on the 2nd shift (1:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday) with a $1.50/hr shift differential and OT as needed to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities include Lean Manufacturing upkeep, adherence to GMP and OSHA guidelines, training and coaching team members, and generating daily shift reports on staffing,

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP and OSHA guidelines.
• Experience maintaining Lean Manufacturing workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of team members to meet production quality and safety standards.
• Maintain neat, safe, and orderly work areas using Lean principles.
• Ensure packaging standards and quality checks on each order.
• Train and coach team members; communicate with supervisors and peers.
• Create daily staffing and production reports; monitor KPI visuals.
