Qualifications

• Supervision of production staff and adherence to GMP and OSHA guidelines.
• Ensures quality, safety and sanitation in assigned area.
• Plans labor, materials, WIP and finished goods for scheduled shift.
• Maintains lean manufacturing practices on the line.

Responsibilities

• Maintains neat, safe and orderly work area using Lean techniques.
• Ensures OSHA guidelines are followed and safety training provided.
• Plans labor, materials, WIP and finished goods for scheduled shift.
• Verifies quality standards and completes required tests and records results.
• Attends pre-shift hand-offs and post-shift hand-offs with accurate paperwork.
• Develops visual KPIs and conducts tailgate meetings for daily performance.
• Supports ERP functions including inventory and lot tracking.
• Manages direct reports and fosters positive employee culture.
