Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in production or distribution settings.
• Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with management, peers, and employees.
• Five to seven years supervisory experience required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise plant operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and financial goals.
• Coordinate plant activities through the Production Superintendent.
• Establish and monitor production standards.
• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and proper paperwork.
• Oversee shipping and receiving and materials for next shift.
