Job summary

Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Converting Supervisor on the 2nd shift to directly supervise up to twenty-five employees on the production floor, ensuring quality corrugated products and safe, efficient daily operations.

You will direct daily schedules and workflows, coach and evaluate staff, monitor attendance and safety, and coordinate with maintenance and other shifts to meet production targets and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily schedules, workflows, and assignments to meet targets.
• Supervise and coach department personnel; manage attendance and performance.
• Maintain records of hours, absences and vacations; enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and production levels and communicate standards.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and shifts; lead weekly meetings.
